About Thao
Thao Nguyen (pronounced Nwin) is a folksy, alternative singer-songwriter with a distinctive style. Her music is as fun as her performances are wild. Thao herself has described her music and performances as having a type of frenzy.Thao has produced several albums, some under her own name, and some with the band The Get Down Stay Down. The most notable ones are probably Like the Linen, We Brave Bee Stings and All, and Know Better Learn Faster.
Recently, Thao finished a tour with Mirah and their combined bands (freshly dubbed The Most of All). She has just finished recording a new album.
